Tired of riding the confusing ups and downs of the ADHD rollercoaster?

You can't understand why you just can't do the "simple" things
You feel you should be making more of life and are being left behind
You are full of ideas but can't organise or action them, frustrating yourself
You can't explain or articulate your challenges to yourself or others

How ADHD Coaching Moves You Forward

Develop your understanding of where you and ADHD meet, identify your unique challenges and strengths, and move forward in a new way.

ADHD Coaching works to build the bridges between the gaps of knowing what to do and taking action.

See yourself in the picture

Gain a deep understanding of ADHD and its impact on you. Often, we lack the insight needed to make real improvements. But without this understanding, how can we progress?

Begin to act with confidence

With clarity on your challenges and strengths, you'll be guided to take charge using ADHD-specific coaching methods tailored to the unique neurological differences of ADHD.

You remain in control

Coaching isn’t about rules or hacks. It’s a supportive partnership aimed to give you the tools to take control of your future, with a new perspective and to live on your own terms.

In What Areas Can ADHD Coaching Help You?

ADHD is complex, no two people will experience things the same, yet the subtle differences in how our brains function are.

ADHD Coaching broadly focuses on raising your awareness and working to improve across the ADHD-experience.

Getting Started and Following Through

Procrastination, difficulty breaking down long-term goals, and feeling overwhelmed by complex projects often make starting and finishing tasks challenging.

Managing Emotions

Amplified emotions, exquisite sensitivity to rejection or criticism, trouble calming down, and frequent mood swings that can disrupt daily routines and interactions.

Losing Track and Mental Clutter

Forgetting appointments, losing track of tasks, and struggling to recall important details during conversations are common memory issues.

Controlling Impulses

Acting or speaking without considering consequences, interrupting others, and difficulty resisting immediate distractions often interfere with focus.

Planning and Problem-Solving

Trouble creating step-by-step plans, managing finances, adjusting when things go wrong, and overlooking key details hinder effective decision-making.

Self-Motivation

Finding it hard to start tasks without external deadlines, relying on last-minute pressure, and quickly losing motivation make self-driven work difficult.

Meet Your ADHD Coach

Hello, I'm Gary from Ireland, now living in Barcelona, and I also have ADHD.

Diagnosed at 32, I finally understood my lifelong struggles with overwhelm, erratic focus, and feeling out of place, even when others saw "success."

It took almost a decade after diagnosis to finally find comfort and develop self-trust living this way. ADHD coaching was key, giving me the answers I'd craved for so long, led me to develop strategies, and confidence, complementing what medication could offer. This journey led me to leave a senior 20-year tech career to retrain and help adults navigate their own ADHD experiences.

I don’t believe in pressure sales or locking you into commitments. Even if you're unsure, feel free to reach out for a new perspective and then make a decision, you might just learn something about ADHD or yourself in the process.

Some frequently asked questions.

I am interested in knowing more, but don't want to book a call right now?

Sure, I understand that booking a call right away may not be comfortable for everyone.

Feel free to reach out with any questions instead by whatever method suits best by sending a request.

How do I get started?

Prior to any formal coaching engagement, I have a 30-minute call with any prospective client, there is no cost to you for this call.

This is to get some initial background, explain the process in more detail, find out what brought you to coaching at this time. It is important that we mutually feel that the process could work.

If you would like to request an introductory call you can request one here or feel free to reach out with any questions instead by whatever method suits best make a request.

Where and when do the sessions happen?

At this time, all sessions will be conducted online, ideally one week apart from each other.

It's important that you spend time following sessions to reflect, plan and undertake any actions you had hoped to achieve for the week.

If coaching is not working for me, can I just stop?

Yes, I don't want you attending coaching if it's not working for you, the last thing I want to do is make things worse for you. You will not be paying for multiple session in advance and trapped into any long term commitment.

Do I work with all people with ADHD?

No, my only firm line is that I am not trained nor feel I can offer support to children.

In other instances if I feel another ADHD coach may be more suitable for you given your needs, I'll let you know that and point you to another ADHD coach in my network.
