Online ADHD Coaching Global Support for English Speaking Adults
Professional ADHD coaching delivered virtually to English-speaking adults worldwide. Working from your familiar environment often creates better conditions for authentic conversation and reduces the stress of travel or new locations.
No travel disruption
Sessions start when you're already settled, not stressed from rushing or navigating traffic. You avoid the pre-session anxiety of running late or the exhaustion that comes from coordinating transport, which means you arrive at our conversation with more mental energy.
Environment you control
Choose lighting, temperature, noise level, and seating that work best for your focus. You can adjust your surroundings throughout the session if needed, use familiar tools or fidgets, and eliminate the sensory variables that might be distracting in an unfamiliar office space.
Flexible rescheduling
When ADHD life happens, it's easier to adjust timing without location complications. There's no need to coordinate office availability or worry about cancellation policies tied to physical spaces, we can adapt to your changing circumstances more readily.
Consistent technology
Your familiar devices and internet setup, not unfamiliar office systems. You're using technology you know works, in an environment where you understand the wifi, lighting, and technical setup, rather than adapting to someone else's equipment or connection.
Time zone accommodation
Works across different schedules and locations without geographical limits. Whether you're traveling for work, living internationally, or keeping unusual hours, online sessions can accommodate your reality rather than requiring you to fit into rigid scheduling.
Reduced executive function demands
No planning routes, parking, or coordinating with office schedules. This eliminates several decision-making and planning tasks that can be particularly challenging for ADHD brains, allowing you to focus your executive function energy on the coaching process itself.
Working Internationally
I'm based in Barcelona but originally from Ireland, and work with English-speaking clients in different countries. This means I can accommodate various time zones and understand that ADHD experiences vary depending on where you are.
Some clients are dealing with long public HSE or NHS waiting lists in Ireland or the UK, others are navigating private healthcare options, and some are working with employers who have never heard of ADHD workplace accommodations. I can't solve these systemic issues, but I understand the context you're working within.
Sessions can work across European, UK, and North American time zones depending on your schedule and preferences. For this reason, I maintain a degree of flexibility when I start and end my day, something that suits my own ADHD management that I came to learn about myself through the same process as a client.
