No two organisations are the same. Let's talk about what practical ADHD support looks like for you.

Why ADHD Understanding Matters for Your Organisation

ADHD affects approximately 5% of adults globally, meaning in most workplaces multiple employees may be navigating ADHD challenges daily.

Whether diagnosed or not, ADHD employees often face misunderstanding, lack of appropriate support and barriers to reaching their potential, leading them to hide their diagnosis or have the people who manage them day to day unsure what they can do to help.

The Business Impact of ADHD Support

When organisations develop genuine understanding of ADHD in the workplace, the benefits extend far beyond compliance.

Reduced Turnover

ADHD employees who feel supported and understood are significantly more likely to stay, contribute meaningfully and build long-term careers within your organisation.

Improved Team Dynamics

When teams understand ADHD, communication improves, collaboration increases and psychological safety strengthens across the board.

Competitive Advantage

In tight talent markets, especially in tech and professional services, genuine ADHD support and inclusion differentiates you as an employer of choice.

Legal Compliance

Proper ADHD understanding helps organisations meet their obligations as a protected disability in Ireland, UK and across Europe while going beyond mere compliance.

Supporting ADHD in Your Organisation

Whether you're looking to build awareness across your leadership team, provide direct support to employees, or host an engaging event, there are three core pathways to help you move from awareness to action.

Company ADHD

Not sure which approach is right for your organisation? Let's discuss your needs and find the best starting point.

Hello, I'm Gary: A certified ADHD coach and former tech executive with over 20 years in the digital industry

I'm originally from Dublin, Ireland, and now based in Barcelona. My tech career started as a software engineer before moving into senior leadership roles including founder and General Manager of a digital agency, General Manager of an international SaaS platform, head of product, and client success director.I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2014 at age 32.

Despite apparent career success, internally things were deteriorating. I spent years searching for explanations that went beyond labels but was left stuck, depressed, anxious, and sleep deprived. A chance encounter with specialist support changed everything. The most important thing missing was developing my own understanding of what it means to live with ADHD.

That turning point led me to retrain as an ADHD coach and refocus my career on helping others understand and manage ADHD effectively, both adults living with ADHD and the companies they work in. That combination of lived experience, corporate understanding, and professional coaching expertise allows me to translate complex ideas about ADHD into clear, relatable, and practical guidance.

Corporate clients include Aviva Insurance, where I delivered my signature talk "Breaking Up with Normal" to over 270 attendees across their UK and Ireland offices.

I work with organisations globally via online sessions, and offer in-person delivery across Ireland, the UK, Spain, and Europe.

"Gary's delivery was incredibly engaging, authentic and easy to connect with, holding the attention of the room in our Dublin HQ and an additional 270 colleagues online across our UK and Ireland offices. We had many requests for the recording from those who missed it. Months later, colleagues still reference his talk as one of the best talks they have ever attended."

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes your approach different from typical ADHD awareness training?

I focus on practical workplace strategies grounded in the broad spectrum of reality of the ADHD experience, not inspirational "embrace your superpower" messaging.

While ADHD traits may be seen as strengths by many in certain roles, I address the genuine challenges that both employees and managers face. Every session includes actionable takeaways that participants can implement immediately.

How quickly can we schedule a talk, training or consulting for our team?

Depending on scope and delivery format, I can typically accommodate requests within 2-4 weeks.

For urgent needs or time-sensitive situations, contact me directly to discuss expedited scheduling options.

What if we don't know if we have employees with ADHD?

ADHD affects approximately 5% of adults, meaning most organisations already have employees living with ADHD and struggling with it in silence (whether diagnosed or not).

Building understanding benefits everyone by creating more inclusive, supportive workplace cultures, yet not everyone will feel the need or want to dicslose ADHD, which is why more universal supports can be most effective.

How do we decide between a talk, training or coaching for employees?

It depends on your goals and current stage.

Company ADHD awareness talks work well for building general understanding across teams or at company events.

ADHD workplace training & consulting suits managers and HR teams who need practical skills to support ADHD employees.

ADHD coaching for employees serves individual staff who want personalised strategies and support.

Many organisations start with awareness talks, then might consider other support if and when needs become clearer. I'm happy to discuss which approach fits your situation best.

Can you tailor content to our specific tools, processes and industry?

Absolutely. Every engagement consideres to your organisational context, although you will find that the bulk of any engagement wouldn't differ much between different sectors or types of business.

During consultation, we'll discuss your industry, workplace supports, existing processes and specific challenges. I'll can then adapt messaging, analogies used and recommendations to be directly relevant to your environment.

Will this work for our industry? We're not a tech company.

Yes. While my background is in tech, I work with organisations across industries including financial services, professional services, pharma, life sciences, retail, education and more.

The core principles of ADHD workplace support apply universally, I simply adapt the context and examples to your sector.

Can sessions be delivered to hybrid or fully remote teams?

Yes. I deliver fully online sessions optimised for engagement and interaction.

For hybrid teams, we can arrange in-person delivery for some participants while streaming to others, or schedule multiple sessions across different locations and formats.

What languages do you work with?

All engagements are delivered in English. I work and live in Barcelona and travel if requested to other European cities, I only work with international teams and organisations where English is the business language.

Do you offer ongoing support after initial training or consulting?

Yes. Many organisations benefit from follow-up sessions, manager check-ins or ongoing consulting as situations evolve. We can discuss continued support options that fit your needs you may have, this might look like developing a policy on reasonable accommodations, beyond what the bare minimum required might look like if you wanted to offer additional support.
