ADHD Coaching Pricing
ADHD coaching focuses on building awareness and getting to work on bridging the gap between knowing and doing through sustained engagement.
You remain in control of this collaborative partnership whilst we work together to discover what your ADHD means for you and develop approaches that work on your own terms.
Up to a 1-Hour Coaching Session
Up to an hour together focusing on whatever's most pressing for you. This isn't about me giving you prescribed solutions but about you discovering what your ADHD means and developing approaches that work for you as you are.
Detailed Post-Session Email
A clear summary of actions we've refined that you wanted to commit to, plus a reflection from our full conversation. These emails help you see patterns and provide concrete reference points to help with reflecting on the session and progress.
Support Between Sessions
Check-ins and accountability support when you need it, often via WhatsApp. We'll discuss if you'd like to keep in touch and how. This might look like quick photos from morning walks, mid-week progress updates, or requesting specific reminders.
Setting Realistic Expectations
To avoid any surprises, I wanted to be clear on what a typical minimum engagement might look like, so you can have an understanding of what commitment is being made.
ADHD coaching focuses on bridging the gap between knowing what you should do and actually following through consistently. If you're like most people with ADHD, you generally know what needs doing but struggle to organise your thoughts and maintain consistency. Usually, work is needed to understand what ADHD is, see where it's tripping you up without current awareness and explore and connect with what you're actually good at before we start to pick apart specific challenge areas and begin to build your own new ways in the world.
Most clients work with me weekly, for a minimum of 8-10 sessions before they begin to connect with ADHD and sense that the change they are taking is leading to a feeling, along with some early evidence, that a different future is emerging. Many clients choose to continue this initial engagement longer, but I want to be clear from the outset what the minimum typically looks like.
This gives us time to build awareness of your self-regulation patterns, understand how ADHD specifically shows up for you, and begin the process of experimenting with approaches that are much more likely to stick with you into the future, not because someone prescribed some tactics to you, this simply doesn't work with ADHD.
After this initial typical minimum period, you might choose to adjust frequency, perhaps fortnightly or monthly sessions, or taking a break before returning to work on different areas. You remain in complete control of the pace, duration, and when to pause or stop entirely.

Common questions
Do I have to commit to multiple sessions?
No, you can commit on a rolling session-by-session basis at the advertised rate above.
What's included in the session rate?
Every session includes our full hour together, a detailed follow-up email, and support between sessions (often via WhatsApp). The approach is entirely client led. I'm here to guide and support, not to instruct or give you homework to keep me happy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard cards (Debit and Credit), Apple and Google Pay, Bank Transfer (EU/EEA area only). American express can be offered but due to higher processing fees incurred to accept, a 4% surcharge is applicable on all invoices.
For multiple sessions, you can pay in full or pay an initial installment with the next automated at an agreed schedule with no additional fees.
How flexible is the scheduling?
Sessions are usually weekly initially but can be every two weeks. In 90% of cases, we'll meet at the same time every week or at most, every second week. You can adjust the schedule, take breaks, or stop entirely at any time.
At the end of each session, I'll ask "if and when might you want to meet again", even if we're generally meeting weekly, this is deliberate so you never feel bound to an open-ended engagement.
What's your session cancellation policy?
24-hour notice is requested to avoid a missed session fee, although I do exercise some flexibility in certain circumstances. I understand that ADHD can cause people to lose track of time, especially as they are only starting to build new systems so typically will allow for up to couple of instances of this.
What if I want to stop but have unused sessions?
It's important that you feel you can stop at any time if that's the best decision for you. Any unused sessions from a bundle can be refunded.
To keep things fair for those who commit to multiple sessions, if you do decide to stop early, I'll calculate what you would have paid at the single session rate for the sessions you've used, then return the difference. This means you lose the prepaid discount for not completing the full commitment, but you get back what you're owed for unused sessions.
As always, I maintain an open conversation around things like this and treat things on a flexible but reasonable case-by-case basis.
Do you work with self-diagnosed clients?
Absolutely. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are self-diagnosed, suspect you might have ADHD, or are re-examining a childhood diagnosis you thought you'd "grown out of", if you're experiencing challenges that feel like they might be ADHD-related, we can explore that together. It's not uncommon for people who have suspected they had ADHD to work with me and decide, once they really start to connect to it, to seek a formal diagnosis.
Can you issue B2B VAT invoices in Europe?
If you are a business owner, your employer is paying for your coaching or you are self-employed and VAT registered, I can issue invoices without VAT on a reverse-charge basis, where you or your company will likely not pay any VAT on your returns.
I am VAT registered in Spain and registered with VEIS. All I'll need is your VAT registration details before invoicing.
Do you work with Access to Work funded clients in the UK?
Yes, absolutely. I have worked with Access to Work clients with prior approval and the process has been straightforward in my experience.
Typically, you pay for each session upfront and upload your receipt to the Access to Work portal. I then receive an email to confirm the session took place, and the Department of Work and Pensions initiates a refund.
Most of my Access to Work clients have been approved for a total grant amount rather than a strict number of sessions, which gives more flexibility than you might expect. You'd need to confirm the specifics of your own arrangement, but we can discuss prior to committing to anything and I can help you with questions to ask of your A2W case worker.
